I have really been enjoying playing around with some of my Glimmer Mists lately and one of my favorite colors right now is this Wedding Pink. It's a light pink color with some frosty shimmer in it. Its gorgeous!
I began this card by painting some stripes on a piece of watercolor paper using Wedding Pink Glimmer Mist. I then stamped the sentiment using Canvas Corp's "Be Beautiful" stamp set. Then, I mounted it on some black and white polka dot paper. MY card base is some CCB kraft which I stamped a striped pattern down the left side using the same stamp set and some Versamark ink. I also used some ivory and black toile paper for the card base. The sentiment was adhered using Tombow's stamp runner adhesive and I also popped it up using some craft foam to give some sturdy dimension. For the flowers, I stamped and embossed Avery Elle's "Peonies" stamp set on a piece of vellum. I die cut the flowers using my Sizzix and then arranged them on the front. Last, I added three shiny sequins.
I love how all the colors and patterns just work together so beautifully!
Thanks for watching and happy crafting!
